RETURN POLICY

Triggers, LLC (“Triggers”) wants your purchases and returns to be a positive experience. Our goal is to make purchasing and returning products a very simple process. Triggers offers three main categories of products on Triggers-Firearms.com: firearms, ammunition, and accessories.

The following provisions set forth our Return Policy for each product category.

Firearm Purchases

a. No Refund or Exchange After Transfer. If you purchase a firearm from Triggers, it is imperative that you thoroughly inspect your firearm before you formally accept the transfer from your local FFL Dealer. You should check to make sure that the firearm is exactly what you ordered and that there are no defects with the firearm. Due to laws and regulations governing interstate firearms transactions, Triggers’ cannot and will not, under any circumstance, accept returns or provide refunds for purchased firearms after you have accepted the transfer from your local FFL Dealer. ONCE TRANSFER HAS BEEN COMPLETED, ALL FIREARM SALES ARE FINAL.

b. Discovery of Issues During Inspection Prior to Transfer. If you discover during inspection, and prior to accepting transfer, that a firearm you have purchased is either i) different from the firearm that you ordered, or ii) has a defect, you should not accept the transfer. In such event, leave the firearm with your FFL, and contact Triggers immediately. You must contact Triggers within ten (10) days of when the firearm was delivered to your local FFL Dealer, otherwise no requests for a refund or exchange will be honored. Any request for a refund or exchange that occurs within ten (10) days of delivery shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:

i. Incorrect Firearm. If you reject the transfer because you believe that Triggers sent your local FFL Dealer a different firearm from the one you attempted to purchase and Triggers can confirm that it made a mistake in processing your order, Triggers will make arrangements with your local FFL Dealer to have the firearm returned to Triggers, at Triggers’ expense, and will either provide you with a full refund, or exchange the incorrect firearm with the proper one. However, if, after investigation, Triggers determines that no mistake had been made in processing your order, Triggers will allow you to have the firearm returned or exchanged subject to a fifteen percent (15%) of the purchase price restocking fee. In such event, you will bear the cost of shipping the firearm back to Triggers.

ii. Defective Firearm. If you reject the transfer because you believe that the firearm is defective, and after investigation, Triggers is able to verify that the firearm is, in fact, defective, Triggers will make arrangements with your local FFL Dealer to have the firearm returned to Triggers, at Triggers’ expense, and will either provide you with a full refund, or exchange the defective firearm. However, if, after investigation, Triggers determines that no defect exists, Triggers will allow you to have the firearm returned or exchanged, but you will be charged a fifteen percent (15%) of the purchase price restocking fee. In such event, you will bear the cost of shipping the firearm back to Triggers. If you do not discover a defect until after transfer, Triggers cannot and will not accept any return or provide any refund. You are to contact the firearm’s manufacturer to address any defects after transfer has been completed.

c. Failed Transfers. In the event the transfer of a purchased firearm cannot be completed because of a failed background check, because you are ineligible to own or possess the firearm in your local jurisdiction, or for any other like reason, Trigger’s will provide a refund, less all costs of shipping, and you will be charged a fifteen percent (15%) of the purchase price restocking fee.

d. Cancellations. All firearms purchases cancelled while processing (meaning that the order has been placed, invoiced, and/or shipped) must receive the written approval of Triggers to cancel and if permitted are subject to a 15% of the purchase restocking fee. Refused shipments are subject to return freight charges.

 

Ammunition Purchases

a. Purchases Final After Shipment. Under no circumstance will Triggers allow the return or exchange of any purchased ammunition after it has been shipped. Upon shipment, all ammunition purchases are final and no refunds will be provided, no exceptions.

b. Cancellations. If an ammunition purchase is cancelled prior to shipment during processing, such cancellations must receive the written approval of Triggers to cancel and if permitted a refund will be provided, less a fifteen percent (15%) of the purchase price restocking fee.

 

Accessories Purchases

Triggers will honor requests to exchange a purchased accessory or to refund the purchase price of a purchased accessory upon the following conditions:
a. Incorrect Items. All accessory purchases are eligible for exchange or a full refund if the reason for the requested exchange or refund is on account of the accessory being different from the one that you ordered; provided, however, that you must contact Triggers within ten (10) days from the date of delivery to request the exchange or refund. If you receive an incorrect item, all original shipping fees are refundable, and Triggers will arrange for the items to be picked up and returned by the original shipper.
b. Defective or Damaged Accessory. All accessory purchases are eligible for exchange or a full refund if the reason for the requested exchange or refund is on account of the accessory having a manufacturer’s defect or damage sustained during shipping; provided, however, that you must contact Triggers within ten (10) days from the date of delivery to request the exchange or refund. For your added convenience, Triggers will arrange for the defective or damaged items to be picked up and returned by the original shipper. Unfortunately, original shipping and handling fees are not refundable for defective or damaged accessories. Please Do NOT attempt to return packages to the address on the box as Triggers will be unable to verify your Return and issue replacement or refund. c. Cancellations. All orders cancelled while processing (meaning that the order has been placed, invoiced, and/or shipped) and unopened items must receive the written approval of Triggers to cancel and if permitted they are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refused shipments are subject to return freight charges.
